Red Roots Salad with yoghurt


For 20 people
we need 8 big  red roots with leaves  boiled, sliced in thin peaces and covered with greek joghourt, parsley and nativ olive oil.

You can learn to realize fresh ideas for soups, appetizers, noodles, main dishes, salads and desserts.
The recipes show you how easy it is, to cook with fresh herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments sourced from all over the globe to pack plenty of flavor and energy into your vegetarian cuisine.

Vegetarian foods can be classified into several different types.

Traditional foods that have always been vegetarian (cereals / grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.)
Soy products including tofu and tempeh which are common protein sources ,textured vegetable protein (tvp), made from defatted soy flour, often included in chilli and burger recipes in place of ground meat ,meat analogues, which mimic the taste, texture, and appearance of meat and are often used in recipes that traditionally contained meat.

Food regarded as suitable for vegetarians typically includes:
Cereals, grains,  maize, hemp seeds, corn, wheat, rice, barley, sorghum, millet, oats, rye, triticale, quinoa,  derived products such as flour(dough, bread, pasta, baked goods)
Vegetables (fresh or pickled) and mushrooms (some strict Indian vegetarians do not eat mushrooms)derived products such as vegetable fats and oils
Fruits (fresh or dry)
Legumes, beans (including soy beans and soy products such as tempeh, tofu, soy milk, chickpeas, peas, lentils, peanuts) , tree nuts and seeds, spices and herbs.
Food suitable for several types the vegetarian cuisine:
Dairy products like milk, butter, cheese, eggs an honey.

Healthy food for happy life - 7 day program for retreats and groups at Locanda Cugnanello - Tuscany-This is my food program of the year 2017 for my healthy and happy yoga retreats and groups. I will do it in form of a blog. A yoga retreat normaly has 7 days and for that I will make a 7 day program.I think that food has to be appetizing, healthy and if it is possible zero km bought from farmers near by. The same is true for meat, dairy products and fruits
