Healthy food for happy life - Lunch and Dinner
At Cugnanello we give every day fresh salad and fruits of the saison for lunch and dinner
Lunch:
Big salad
Ravioli with Mushroom sauce or glutenfree Pasta

Healthy food for happy life - 7 day program for retreats and groups at Locanda Cugnanello - Tuscany-This is my food program of the year 2017 for my healthy and happy yoga retreats and groups. I will do it in form of a blog. A yoga retreat normaly has 7 days and for that I will make a 7 day program.I think that food has to be appetizing, healthy and if it is possible zero km bought from farmers near by. The same is true for meat, dairy products and fruits
